Job summary

IT Security C&T is seeking a Security Analyst to join its 24x7 security operations team. The role focuses on monitoring the SIEM, tracking incidents, and coordinating with IT and business units to mitigate vulnerabilities and promote security initiatives.

The position requires 1+ year in IT/security ops or SOC, with knowledge of networking and security tools, plus strong English/Arabic communication. On-site with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
• 1+ years of IT/security operations or SOC experience.
• Networking, CCNA R&S, Security+, Linux/Windows security training is a plus.
• Professional security certification preferred (CIHE, CEH, CPTE or equivalent).
• Knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls.
• Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 24x7 security operation team.
• Monitor SIEM and follow up security incidents and events.
• Handle day-to-day operations to ensure continuity of work.
• Respond to security incidents and report on handling and resolution.
• Participate in forensic analysis, data recovery, and penetration testing.
• Perform daily security analysis and risk assessments.
