Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Security Operations Center Analyst to support 24/7 monitoring of CCTV, access control, alarms, and communications. You will assess incidents, document them, and escalate appropriately to protect AMP-2 operations.

The role requires strong bilingual English/Arabic communication, 6+ years in Emergency/SOC environments, and APCO certifications are preferred. Work is on-site in Saudi Arabia with strict adherence to SOC procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of experience in Emergency Services, Dispatch Operations, SOC operations, or related field.
• APCO certifications preferred: Public Safety Telecommunicator, Fire Service Communications, or Emergency Medical Dispatch.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required; strong bilingual communication.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Report to the SOC Security Specialist and perform duties per SOC procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and security platforms.
• Receive and document emergency and non-emergency information per escalation procedures.
• Maintain incident logs, activity records and emergency documentation.
• Prepare incident reports, handover reports, and management documentation.
• Coordinate communications with field personnel, responders, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor system status and report malfunctions for AMP-2 operations.
• Maintain emergency contact lists and operational records for business continuity.
