Job summary

Napco National Company seeks a hands-on operator to support RM/ORM preparation, machine start-up, and daily production tasks. The role covers feeding raw materials, ensuring ORM proximity to the machine, and preparing the machine per PCC and Job Factory Ticket. You will monitor processes, load materials, and assist with packing and palletizing around the clock.

Additional duties include reporting quality defects, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting the team to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of machines and tools.
• Ability to operate and monitor industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Pre-Make ready: help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine.
• Start Up/Job Setting: ensure RM fed in barrels and ORM near the machine (cores, air bubbles ect...).
• Prepare the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
• Inspect and load RM/ORM around the clock and prepare pallets and packing material.
• Handle packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
• Acquire necessary paperwork and materials from related sections.
• Dispose of generated waste.
• Assist Team Leader, Lead Operator and Operator as requested.
• Report any quality defects to QC and leadership.
• Assist the operator to reach KPI targets.

Pre-Make ready:

• Help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine.

Start Up/ Job Setting

• Ensure that the Raw Materials are fed in the barrels.
• Ensure that all ORM are near the machine (cores, air bubbles ect...).
• Help in preparing the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.

Job Production

• Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.
• Prepares pallets and packing material around the clock.
• handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
• Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.
• Disposes of generated waste.
• Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
• To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
• Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.
