Job summary

Waseela Al Khaleej Communication Network Installation LLC is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, acquire and secure sites, negotiating leases and finalizing contracts in line with regulatory and client requirements.

You will manage relationships with customers, building owners, and other third parties; oversee site acquisitions through approval packages; coordinate with project teams to meet customer needs; and lead lease negotiations to completed agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site acquisition and lease negotiations.
  • Ability to review and assemble legal documentation for contracts.
  • Familiarity with zoning and permitting processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with customers, building owners, and other third parties.
  • Oversee site acquisitions including site identification and qualification through completion of approval packages.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure sites meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate leasing of sites and verify legal contractual documents.
  • Obtain all required permits and zoning approval from national and local agencies.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Prepare and complete site candidate identification packages and/or lease and zoning audits.
  • Report on viable locations for sites to ensure entitlements are possible.
  • Coordinate site walks, IBS site design walks, and other site field visits with RF Engineering, Zoning, Implementation Project Manager and other stakeholders as required.
  • Negotiate lease, amendment, license, right‑of‑way and/or easement agreements with property owners.
  • Complete leasing packages and other documentation required by the client.
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of individual site budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate with landowners and the client during the lease negotiation process to obtain fully executed lease or option agreement.
  • Research and obtain information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations that would affect the development of a site.
  • Maintain complete documentation related to all planning procedures, communications regarding the sites and actions taken on each assigned site.
  • Prepare and ensure completeness of all necessary applications and supporting documentation including written site descriptions, justification for site plans and sketches, maps and photo simulations.
  • Coordinate all paperwork and other materials related to project documentation, e.g., engineering drawings, product specifications and modifications, and production schedules.
  • Review project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements; monitor status to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
  • Submit project documentation to management for approval, and transmit approved documents to customer.
  • Conferring with engineers, managers, customers and others to discuss project, prepare documents, or modify contract schedules.
  • Prepare and submit invoices; act as point of contact with customer, site owner, and building in‑charge persons to handle and facilitate access requirements, document collection and document attestation.
