Job summary

Asmacs is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of power, E&I, or infrastructure/EPC projects, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role requires coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive project success and safety performance.

Responsibilities include budget management, progress reporting, risk mitigation, and ensuring adherence to QA/QC, HSE, and contractual requirements.

• Monitor progress, costs, risks, and resource utilization on site.
• Ensure QA/QC, PTW, JSA, risk assessments, and Life Saving Rules are implemented.
• Review construction procedures, resolve issues, and oversee close-out and handover.

Site Project Manager

• Lead overall site execution of power, E&I, or infrastructure/EPC projects, (Project Work of Scope can be added) ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and QHSE standards, as the senior representative at site.
• Manage project budget, cash flow (inflow/outflow), cost control, progress billing, and financial performance to ensure project profitability
• Ensure compliance with contract, client requirements, quality, schedule, budget, and HSE standards.
• Review and certify subcontractor invoices and client progress payments
• Coordinate with Client, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and resource utilization.
• Ensure implementation of QA/QC, PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, and Life Saving Rules.
• Review construction procedures, resolve project issues, and oversee project close-out and handover.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts on safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings
• Resolve site-level technical and contractual issues
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, punch lists, and site instructions
• Hold daily/weekly coordination meetings with client and teams
• Conduct site walks to monitor construction and safety compliance
• Approve site instructions, RFIs, and change requests
• Report project status and risks to senior management/client (as per Project Work of Scope additinal T&C can be added)
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules; coordinate site operations to meet project goals and deadlines
• Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and on-site teams, providing guidance and resolving conflicts
• Maintain communication with project managers, clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure materials and equipment are available as needed
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct site inspections, and address potential hazards
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, including construction delays, contractual disputes, or technical challenges
• Prepare and present regular project reports, maintain up-to-date documentation, and track project progress
