Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a Site Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure development in Medina. You will ensure earthworks, utilities, and road works align with drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines under military housing standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, collaboration with structural, MEP, and architectural teams, and a strong command of civil engineering tools to maintain schedules and quality across all site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil/site engineering experience, preferably with military, government, or institutional housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect on-site civil works including grading, drainage, utilities, water, sewer, electricity and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure conformity with project specs.
• Maintain accurate site records such as daily reports, labor logs and material usage.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning designing and overseeing construction and infrastructure development This role requires in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices site development and military housing standards The engineer will ensure that all phases of site work from earthworks to utility installations are completed in accordance with engineering drawings safety protocols and project timelines
