Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC in Jeddah is seeking a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to support the delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role covers coordinating dressing, branding and signage across venues, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, supporting site inspections, installation schedules, quality checks and maintaining trackers and documentation.

Experience in event operations or large-scale events is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in signage, wayfinding, or facilities coordination preferred
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers, contractors or stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience on large-scale events or major sporting events is an advantage.
