Job summary

OMODA JAECOO KSA in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Showroom Operations Manager to streamline processes, oversee daily functions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will manage budgets, enforce standards for accuracy and reliability, supervise assets, and ensure compliance across the showroom, with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. Automotive dealership exposure and bilingual fluency (Arabic/English) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in showroom, retail or facility operations; automotive dealership preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Experience managing vendors; basic electrical and AV knowledge.
• Fluent Arabic and English; valid Saudi driving license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Manage the daily functions of the business.
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
• Manage budget to align with goals of business.
• Showroom environment & assets: daily opening and closing checks, asset register, cleaning, security and maintenance vendors, brand CL standards.
• Electricity & devices: power, AC, lighting, EV chargers, screens, Wi-Fi and CCTV; fault follow-up and safety compliance.
• Brand accessories: storage, stock control, display and monthly counts for both brands. Display & test-drive cars: layout and rotation, daily readiness, test-drive schedule, keys, insurance and servicing.
• Other: weekly operations report, operating budget, and tasks assigned by the Showroom Director.
