Responsibilities

• Sales development: build a professional sales system, acquire new clients and drive growth.
• Marketing Management: implement plans to boost brand identity and expand sales channels.
• Operations Management: oversee sales and after-sales quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Workshop Management: full oversight of workshop sales, operations and cost control.
• Team leadership: recruit, train and empower a motivated team and improve efficiency.
• Planning and Analysis: prepare periodic reports, profits/losses, and market analysis with development recommendations.
