Job summary

Cobra Coffee in Saudi Arabia is seeking a shift supervisor who will lead the shift, coach a team of baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high-quality service, beverages and products. You will work closely with store leadership, set priorities, delegate tasks, and help drive store profitability while maintaining standards for customer care, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts with customers at the core by coaching the team.
Set priorities and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
Inspire and motivate the store team to ensure a great customer experience.
Identify teachable moments and share best practices with the team.
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety and security policies.
Provide quality beverages and food, following recipes and sanitation guidelines.
