Job summary

Cobra Coffee in At Ta'if, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach baristas, and ensure a welcoming Starbucks Experience for customers.

You will manage shifts, set priorities, and support profitability while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and product quality in a busy, customer-facing environment. Previous supervisory or coaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with coaching or supervising staff in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the store team to anticipate issues and resolve them.
• Organise opening and closing duties and cash handling.
• Ensure quality beverages and food items meet presentation and safety standards.
