As a Protection Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on excitation systems and SFC, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades for excitation systems and SFC.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software components.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and maintenance best practices.

• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for internal and customer use.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy and customer safety standards at all times.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of field service experience with excitation systems or power generation equipment.
• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of excitation systems.
• Strong knowledge of control systems and power plant operations.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong problem-solving skills.
