Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer for a 12+ month engagement in KSA. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining the SPM suite to connect strategy with execution, with emphasis on Demand Management, PPM, and financial planning.

You will implement workflows, data integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub), reporting dashboards, and governance for upper management, collaborating with PMOs, enterprise architects, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development focusing on SPM/PPM workflows.
• Experience configuring Demand Management, PPM, Resource & Capacity Planning, Financial Planning, and Strategic Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SPM modules including Demand Management, PPM, and financial planning.
• Develop rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and script includes to automate portfolio processes.
• Build data schemas, transforms, import sets, and API integrations linking SPM with HR, finance, and agile tools.
• Configure Performance Analytics, KPIs, executive dashboards, and prioritization models.
• Translate business requests from PMOs and leadership into scalable technical designs.

We have an opening for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer in KSA.

Contract Duration :- 12+ months

Location :- KSA

A ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer designs, configures, and maintains the ServiceNow SPM suite to connect corporate strategy with daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• SPM Module Configuration: Configure and customize core modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource & Capacity Planning, Financial Planning (budgeting, cost plans, and forecasting), and Strategic Planning (roadmaps, scenario planning, and investment funding).
• Workflow & Automation: Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and script includes to automate portfolio processes.
• Data Modeling & Integrations: Build and maintain data schemas, transform maps, import sets, and API integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) linking SPM with external HR, finance, and agile execution tools.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Configure performance analytics, KPIs, executive dashboards, and scoring/prioritization models for upper management.
• Requirement Gathering & Design: Translate complex business requests from PMOs, enterprise architects, and leadership into technical designs and scalable out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 3 to 7+ years of hands-on technical development on the ServiceNow platform, with a focused specialization in SPM/PPM workflows.

Technical Stack:

• Platform fundamentals: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Import Sets, and Update Sets.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) frequently required

Methodologies:

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models and ITIL frameworks.
