Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Senior ServiceNow SPM Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience, with emphasis on SPM, ITSM, and enterprise workflow design.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and provide production support in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with SPM.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, performance analytics, and data management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and enterprise workflow processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Good knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, performance analytics, and data management.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise workflow processes.

Preferred Qualifications
