Job summary

Al Watania Information Systems (Wisys) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Sales Specialist to drive the technical sales strategy for the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with the sales team, understand enterprise customer operations, and demonstrate how Now Platform can automate workflows and accelerate digital transformation.

You will deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs, translating complex concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, or implementation roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and the CMDB data model.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Familiarity with integration standards and technologies (Web Services, SSO, OAuth, APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and customization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical sales strategy for the ServiceNow platform and support business development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and IT operations.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to enterprise prospects.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using ServiceNow.
• Design and propose ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with customer needs and technical requirements.
• Explain ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and solution documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow capabilities, products, and industry best practices.
