alfanar is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Service Management (ESM) leader to drive ServiceNow implementations across IT, HR, Facilities, and Customer Service Management. You will define scope, lead workshops with business stakeholders, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions that improve service delivery.

You will oversee CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM configurations, design efficient workflows, and guide testing and UAT to ensure success.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience in IT and service management.
• Experience leading ESM initiatives with ServiceNow.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ESM strategies aligned with organizational goals for scalable service delivery.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and propose ServiceNow improvements.
• Oversee ServiceNow configuration: ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CMDB.
• Design workflows, automations, and integrations to boost efficiency.
• Lead testing, UAT, and ensure quality across deployments.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
