Job summary

Al Watania Information Systems (Wisys) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Sales Specialist to drive the technical sales strategy for the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with the sales team, understand enterprise customer operations, and demonstrate how Now Platform can automate workflows and accelerate digital transformation.

You will deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs, translating complex concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, or implementation roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and the CMDB data model.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Familiarity with integration standards and technologies (Web Services, SSO, OAuth, APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and customization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, or implementation roles
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and the CMDB data model
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL best practices
• Solid understanding of integration standards and technologies, including Web Services, SSO, OAuth, and API integrations
• Familiarity with JavaScript for ServiceNow platform scripting and customization
• Ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to enterprise customers
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

Certifications (Mandatory & Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
• At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification - Required, such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification - Highly Preferred
