Alfanar Precast in Riyadh seeks a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow functional requirements, coordinating with stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, and implementation to ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements.

You will conduct workshops with business users, develop user stories, maintain backlog, and support UAT and acceptance activities, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business goals and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences or a related field.
• 4–6 years of work experience in relevant IT or business analysis.
• Experience documenting requirements and producing user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business needs to define clear functional requirements.
• Develop user stories communicating required functionality.
• Maintain requirements and backlog with changes and clarifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders through workshops to clarify requirements.
• Support design and testing activities (UAT).

Key Accountability Areas

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Gather and analyze business needs to define clear ServiceNow functional requirements.
• Develop user stories that communicate required functionality and expected outcomes.
• Maintain requirements and backlog records, incorporating agreed changes and clarifications.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Conduct workshops with business users, process owners, and developers to clarify requirements and confirm shared understanding.
• Evaluate requirements against ServiceNow capabilities in coordination with relevant technical teams.
• Clarify functional queries and align stakeholders on the proposed solution design.

Solution Design & Implementation Support

• Provide functional inputs to solution design based on agreed business requirements.
• Support implementation activities by clarifying requirements and reviewing proposed functionality.
• Follow up on requirement-related issues with relevant stakeholders through resolution.

Testing & Acceptance

• Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) against agreed requirements.
• Coordinate clarification of testing feedback and identified functional gaps.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements and support acceptance activities.

Role Accountability

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
