Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain steam boilers, burners, feedwater systems, condensate piping, and control systems.
• Execute planned and corrective maintenance per OEM and company standards.
• Perform on-site risk assessments and report unsafe conditions or near misses immediately.
• Support statutory inspections per Saudi regulatory requirements (SGS, Lloyds, Apave, etc.).
• Ensure accurate operation of boiler safety logic (BON/BOFF/PSH/WP).
• Act as primary technical expert at customer sites including refineries and mega projects.
• Provide operational guidance and training to customer operators.
• Complete service reports, commissioning sheets, and timesheets daily to the Service Manager.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, PPE, and diagnostic devices in optimal condition.
• Follow company and Saudi site safety procedures rigorously.

A reputable and well-established Industrial Manufacturing company is hiring a Service Engineer – Steam for their team in Jubail. The role involves regional deployment across Saudi Arabia, including the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and the Western Region, with potential deployment to the GCC if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain steam boilers, burners, feedwater systems, condensate piping, and control systems.
• Execute planned and corrective maintenance according to OEM and the company’s standards.
• Perform mandatory on-site risk assessments and report unsafe conditions or near misses immediately.
• Support statutory inspections per Saudi regulatory requirements (SGS, Lloyds, Apave, etc.).
• Ensure accurate operation of boiler safety logic (BON/BOFF/PSH/WP parameters).
• Act as primary technical expert at customer sites, including refineries, petrochemical complexes (e.g., Jubail, Yanbu), and mega projects.
• Provide operational guidance and training to customer operators.
• Complete service reports, commissioning sheets, and timesheets accurately and submit daily to the Service Manager.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, PPE, and diagnostic devices in optimal working conditions.
• Follow the Company and Saudi customer site safety procedures rigorously.

Experience Required:

• At least 3–5 years’ experience working with steam boilers, burners, or industrial thermal systems.
• Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia, especially to customer sites in the Eastern Province, refineries, and shutdown projects.

Education Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Industrial Engineering.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of steam generation, water quality, and pipe sizing best practices.
• Understanding of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and refinery safety requirements is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in remote or high-pressure industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
