Job summary

GAS Arabian Services Co. Ltd is seeking a Boiler Product Range Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial boilers and heating systems across Saudi Arabia.

KSA-wide travel is required and a 4–7 year track record in boiler or heater commissioning is essential. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of combustion and control systems, and the ability to read P&IDs and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Energy or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant boiler/ burner/ heater commissioning and field service experience.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial boilers, burners, hot‑oil heaters and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, start‑up and test performance of industrial boilers and heating systems across KSA.
• Troubleshoot combustion systems, pressure parts, tubes, refractory, pumps and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, shutdowns, and component replacements.
• Read P&IDs, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, control narratives and OEM manuals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Boiler Product Range Service Engineer with hands‑on experience in the installation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial boilers and heating systems across KSA

Key Responsibilities

• Installation commissioning start-up and performance testing of industrial boilers and heating systems Service and troubleshooting of packaged boilers burners hot-oil heaters hot-water generators and exhaust-gas steam generators
• Troubleshoot combustion systems pressure parts tubes refractory pumps valves instrumentation and control systems
• Conduct preventive corrective maintenance inspections shutdown work and component replacement
• Read and interpret P IDs GA drawings wiring diagrams control narratives and OEM manuals
• Prepare service reports commissioning records checklists method statements and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with HSE PTW LOTO confined-space and hot-work requirements
• Identify critical spares service requirements and potential AMC service opportunities

Requirements

• 4 7 years of relevant experience in boiler burner or heater commissioning and field service
• Hands‑on experience with industrial boilers burners hot-oil heaters pressure equipment and auxiliaries
• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills
• Knowledge of combustion systems and industrial control systems
• Ability to use mechanical electrical testing instruments
• KSA GCC experience preferred
• Willingness to travel deploy anywhere across Saudi Arabia
