Job summary

Hudson Manpower is hiring a Boiler Sales Engineer for Saudi Arabia. The role covers nationwide travel across the Kingdom to engage with end users, EPCs and consultants, selling packaged and steam boiler solutions and coordinating techno-commercial proposals.

4–7 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a mechanical/chemical/energy engineering background and strong knowledge of boiler systems and PFDs/P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial boiler, steam system, heater or thermal equipment sales.
• Experience with packaged boilers, steam boilers, hot-oil heaters, hot-water generators, exhaust-gas steam generators, burners or related thermal systems.
• Strong B2B / industrial sales and business development experience.
• Experience dealing with industrial end users, EPCs and consultants.
• Ability to understand RFQs, BOQs, datasheets and technical specifications and coordinate techno-commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of steam, combustion, thermal-fluid systems, PFDs/P&IDs and related industrial applications is preferred.
• KSA experience is preferred.
• Forbes Marshall, Bosch Industriekessel, Miura, Thermax, Cleaver-Brooks, Babcock Wanson or Viessmann experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and chase new boiler sales opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate techno-commercial proposals, respond to RFQs and BOQs with clients.
• Engage with EPCs and consultants to secure orders.
• Liaise with end users on technical requirements and application suitability.
• Travel across the Kingdom to support deployments and customer meetings.

Position: Boiler Sales Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (Anywhere in KSA, with travel or deployment across the Kingdom)
Salary: SAR 5,000–6,000 Basic
Experience: 4–7 years preferred

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in industrial boiler, steam system, heater or thermal equipment sales.
• Experience with packaged boilers, steam boilers, hot-oil heaters, hot-water generators, exhaust-gas steam generators, burners or related thermal systems.
• Strong B2B / industrial sales and business development experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• KSA experience is preferred.

Experience with recognized boiler manufacturers or authorized channel partners such as Forbes Marshall, Bosch Industriekessel, Miura, Thermax, Cleaver-Brooks, Babcock Wanson or Viessmann will be an advantage.
