Job summary

Vorzep in Dammam is seeking a Service Coordinator / Service Engineer to manage equipment inspections, repairs, and customer communications. You will be the link between customers and service, workshop, engineering, and procurement teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress updates.

Requirements include a bachelor’s or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, 2–4 years in service coordination, and strong MS Office/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in service or repair coordination in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of equipment repair processes, spare parts, and maintenance terminology.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment inspections and prepare technical inspection reports.
• Prepare and submit repair quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers for approvals and purchase orders (POs).
• Track repair progress and coordinate with internal teams through to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, and service documents.
