You will optimize liquidity, manage funding strategies, and drive capital‑structure decisions in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role requires a minimum of 10+ years in finance and treasury, with professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Professional certificates preferred: CTP, CFA, FRM, CPA, CMA.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and treasury.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage treasury policies and procedures, focusing on optimal cash use and borrowing.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity control; identify opportunities for short-term investments.
• Review and evaluate new project financing options and funding techniques.
• Evaluate capital structure and debt-to-equity alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage relationships with banks and investors to ensure smooth fund flows.
• Oversee investment activities, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Present treasury reports and analyses to senior management and the board.
• Ensure compliance with banking, tax, and accounting regulations.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management in the treasury function.
