AECOM is seeking a Senior Engineer - Transportation in Saudi Arabia to lead specific segments of transportation engineering projects from concept through completion. The role requires strong PMC controls, design background, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, 10+ years in transportation engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering; 10+ years in transportation engineering or design.
Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credential.
Proficiency with project management controls (PMC) systems and engineering design documentation.
Strong budget management, scheduling, and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Gathers and correlates engineering data and applies design background to inform analysis and recommendations.
Performs detailed engineering assignments involving calculations, testing, and design documentation.
Develops engineering approaches to solve problems by modifying standard procedures.
Manages project elements per budget, schedule, and PMC requirements with minimal supervision.
Independently completes primary design elements, including design reviews and documentation.
Applies project management controls to track progress and ensure quality deliverables.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers.
Maintains design documentation and project records in compliance with PMC standards.
