Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation/highway engineering.
• Experience with major infrastructure, highways, interchanges, bridges.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design packages for roads, corridors, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering design solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and calculations for quality and technical accuracy.
• Support project planning, design development, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes, and Saudi project standards.
