Four Principles is seeking an Associate Director to lead major client engagements and develop senior leaders within the consulting team. You will drive strategic transformation programs, manage budgets and teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes business development, account growth, and the integration of digital, data, automation, and AI into sustainable client solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; diverse academic backgrounds accepted.
• 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, digital and technology-enabled transformation, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading transformation programs and managing multiple client engagements.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple project workstreams and client engagements.
• Guide teams in navigating complex situations, balancing short-term priorities with long-term client and business objectives.
• Review and challenge analyses, recommendations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and impact.
• Support the development of business cases, transformation roadmaps, and enterprise-wide improvement programs.
• Lead executive workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder discussions.
