This Senior Consultant role focuses on leading workstreams, coaching Analysts, and managing client relationships to realize measurable business outcomes.

You will drive problem-solving, develop capability, and ensure delivery excellence while balancing speed, quality, and rigor across client engagements. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong problem-solving and learning agility.
• 3-5 years in management consulting or related fields delivering measurable results.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery of full workstreams, from problem definition and diagnostic assessment through recommendation and implementation.
• Lead the design and execution of operational diagnostics, performance assessments, and complex analyses.
• Develop data-driven insights and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for clients.
• Build business cases, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and performance management frameworks supported by data and evidence.
• Integrate operational excellence, organizational change, digital technologies, data, automation, and AI into cohesive transformation solutions that deliver sustainable client impact.
• Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives and drive sustainable performance improvements.
• Monitor workstream performance, implementation progress, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.
