Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Technical Manager - Traffic & Mobility to lead and deliver traffic engineering and mobility planning projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept to performance monitoring, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders.

The role requires senior expertise in traffic and mobility, project leadership, and collaboration with government authorities and clients to ensure regulatory compliance and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in Traffic/Mobility Engineering.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and dealing with public authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of traffic and mobility solutions for urban, suburban, and regional networks.
• Oversee traffic studies, modelling, and analysis (capacity, LOS, intersection design).
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and authorities to secure approvals.
• Prepare technical reports, designs, and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
