Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer for major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. You will work within a PMO framework, reviewing traffic signal designs and coordinating with surveyors and roadway designers to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires extensive experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of traffic analysis tools. You will help develop plans, conduct studies, and guide teams to enhance safety and transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with traffic signal/plan design and ITS concepts.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and traffic analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop traffic signal, junction, and signing plans.
• Coordinate with surveyors and roadway designers for project delivery.
• Develop traffic engineering designs and manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Conduct traffic studies using modeling practices and analyze results.
• Guide project teams and ensure adherence to standards and quality.
• Promote safety and efficient transportation operations on projects.
