Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Temporary Works Manager (Saudi National) to lead all temporary works activities across airport, infrastructure, and airfield scopes in a complex project environment.

You will establish management systems, review designs, coordinate with internal teams and consultants, supervise inspections, and ensure safe, compliant execution throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands strong leadership and extensive experience in temporary works engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in temporary works engineering and construction.
• Professional engineering registration or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all temporary works activities across the project.
• Establish and maintain the Temporary Works Management System and procedures.
• Develop temporary works strategies, design requirements, approval processes, and control procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction teams to ensure temporary works are installed per approved designs.
