Job summary

Parsons is hiring a Temporary Works Manager for a major airport infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role leads temporary works engineering, design review, site implementation, inspection, and risk control across airport, airfield, and related infrastructure.

You will oversee excavation support, formwork, scaffolding, and crane bases to ensure safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience in temporary works design and construction,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience in temporary works design, technical assurance, and construction.

Responsibilities

Lead temporary works engineering across airport, infrastructure, and external works packages.
Establish and maintain the Temporary Works Management System, procedures, and approvals.
Develop temporary works strategies including design responsibility, checking, inspection, and safe removal.
Coordinate design briefs with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
Review and approve temporary works documentation within delegated authority.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site personnel on temporary works.
