Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a global engineering leader, seeks a Telecom OSS Architect to design and lead end-to-end OSS solutions for major Saudi operators. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, defining blueprints and governing multi-vendor integration across inventory, performance, and fault domains.

You will mentor OSS engineers, shape technical proposals, and engage stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable architectures in a dynamic telecoms market.

Qualifications

• Extensive OSS architecture, design and delivery experience in telecoms.
• Proven expertise in multi-vendor environments and OSS/BSS integration.
• Strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, TMF Open APIs and data formats.
• Ability to produce architecture artefacts (HLD/LLD, interface docs).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OSS architecture and design across inventory, performance and fault domains.
• Define solution blueprints, integration frameworks and technical roadmaps.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Governing OSS integration design with APIs to BSS, NMS, EMS, and cloud-native platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, reviews, and runbooks across project streams.
• Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses and solution demonstrations.
