Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity architect to lead security design for telecom and cloud environments, including 5G core networks and RAN infrastructures.

You will conduct risk assessments, threat modelling, and guide secure deployments across multinational teams. The role requires deep expertise in standards (NIST, ETSI) and hands-on PKI/HSM/SIEM capabilities, with strong English and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in Telecom security.
• Experience across 4G/5G networks, RAN, transport, and cloud/virtualisation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security architectures for Cloud and Telecom environments across SIM/eSIM, RAN, Transport, EPC and 5G core.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modelling; provide technical guidance to mitigate risks.
• Lead security technology evaluations (PKI, HSM, PAM, SIEM, EDR) and guide secure deployments.
