Job summary

Business Managment Company (BMC) is seeking a Telecom BSS/OSS Managed Services Ops Resource to oversee operations of OSS/BSS in the telecom sector. The role requires strong Linux admin skills, database knowledge, and incident management capabilities to ensure production stability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/Telecom/Software Eng, 3+ years in OSS/BSS, and excellent English communication to coordinate with international teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (CS/Telecom/Software Eng).
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS domains such as CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service Activation, Billing, Charging, and Network Management.
• 3+ years of experience in OSS/BSS operations, preferably with telecom operator projects.
• Strong Linux system administration, deployment, troubleshooting, log analysis, database operation/maintenance, and middleware management.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills; able to resolve production issues independently.
• Good English communication skills; able to work with international customers/teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operations management of OSS/BSS in telecom environments.
• Monitor and maintain stability of BSS/OSS platforms; manage incidents and escalations.
• Collaborate with international customers and technical teams to ensure service quality.
