• Conducts preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under general supervision.
• Interfaces directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
• Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to both internal and external parties.
• Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.
