Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a Technical Evaluator (Metal Fabricator & Pipe Fitter) to join our Rabigh-based team on a 12-month contract. You will assess hands-on metal fabrication and pipe fitting tasks, evaluate performance, identify competency gaps, and document results with clear reports.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries, and possess strong English communication skills and basic MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in metal fabrication and pipe fitting.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with plant start-up and shutdown activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate practical job performance and identify competency gaps.
• Document results and provide clear reporting.
