EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join our MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team. You will lead complex engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice, combining technical tax knowledge with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

You will manage day-to-day client engagements, set processes, monitor deliverables, mitigate risks, and supervise teams while coaching junior members to build a high-performing, compliant Tax Quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related field.
• MBA, master’s or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA, CTA, ADIT) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally in a large professional services firm.
• Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing in a large professional services environment.
• Proven managerial, organizational and project management experience.

• Lead a team to provide tax services and manage client compliance and reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress, implement standardized processes and manage risks.
• Coach junior team members and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
