Job summary

EY MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) Manager role based in Jeddah. You will lead complex engagements, drive growth of the GCR practice, and ensure high-quality tax services across domestic and international rules.

You will supervise teams, monitor progress, coach juniors, and uphold Tax Quality guidelines, while building strong client relationships and collaborating across borders with a wide network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related essential fields.
• MBA, master's or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments, etc., ideally in a large professional services firm or similar.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and manage client compliance and reporting for EY's GCR practice.
• Oversee day-to-day management of client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and manage risks.
• Coach junior team members and foster a learning culture while ensuring adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
• Establish and strengthen internal and external relationships to deliver high-quality services.
