Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting team. You will lead complex engagements, drive growth of the GCR practice, and manage client compliance and reporting needs.

You will supervise teams, coach junior staff, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines while working across borders with a broad network and large data sets. Candidates should have a strong managerial track record and relevant tax experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related field.
• MBA, master’s or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
• A very strong knowledge and minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments, etc., ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
• A strong track record of managerial, organizational, and project management experience.

• Oversee day-to-day management of engagements, monitor progress and risks, and drive performance improvements.
