Job summary

EY in Jeddah seeks a Senior Associate for the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team. You will support complex engagements, help clients' compliance and reporting, and contribute to the growth of EY's GCR practice while maintaining high-quality service.

You will work with cross-border teams, manage day-to-day engagements, and uphold EY's Tax Quality guidelines, collaborating with colleagues across borders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related fields.
• MBA or advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, tax accounting, and auditing within a large professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client engagements and delivering high-quality tax services.
• Support compliance and reporting needs, monitor progress and deliverables, establish standardized processes and identify risks.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
