Job summary

EY MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting is seeking a Senior Manager in Riyadh to lead complex engagements and drive growth in our GCR practice. You will manage client tax compliance and reporting, supervise teams, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in domestic and international tax, strong communication, and leadership skills, with experience dealing with multinational clients in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally in a large professional services firm.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and drive growth of the GCR practice.
• Manage client compliance and reporting needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise teams, coach juniors, and promote a learning culture while adhering to Tax Quality guidelines.
