Job summary

MRG Global Pty is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in Saudi Arabia to lead the in-house recruitment function and shape the talent strategy for a landmark, large-scale development programme. The role requires hands-on delivery of senior-level hires while guiding a high-performing recruitment team.

You will partner with executive leadership to ensure attraction of top talent across corporate, technical and leadership roles within real estate and related development environments.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve their in-house recruitment function.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who has successfully built and led high-performing recruitment teams while remaining hands-on in the delivery of critical and senior-level hires. You will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts and secures exceptional talent across corporate, technical and leadership functions.

• Saudi National
• Extensive in-house Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Proven operational recruitment expertise, managing end-to-end hiring across a large organisation
• Strong track record of recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent
• Experience within real estate, masterplan developments, construction, infrastructure or other large-scale development environments
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience leading and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams
