Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess current ZATCA systems and database model; identify gaps for improvement.
• Gather business needs; oversee database design and capacity planning.
• Perform daily operations to maintain optimal system performance.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and develop scripts to streamline tasks.
• Develop maintenance plans and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation.
• Assist with escalated problems and provide required support to juniors.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide training and direction to junior staff; monitor workflow.
