Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess current ZATCA systems and database operational model; identify gaps and define IT systems and database operations improvements.
• Gather business needs; oversee database development, design reviews, and capacity planning.
• Perform daily operations; maintain optimal system performance and automate where feasible.
• Train junior staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
