Job summary

DAR AL OMRAN is seeking a qualified Technical Manager – Systems Assurance to oversee systems assurance, safety verification, compliance, and technical supervision for a major tunnel infrastructure project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role entails reviewing plans, supervising V&V activities, and ensuring regulatory conformity on a high-stakes transportation project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including technical supervision and systems assurance.
• Proven experience in RAMS, safety assurance, verification and validation, and system integration.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia within systems assurance or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in road tunnels, metro/rail infrastructure, transportation control systems, or other safety-critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee the implementation of systems assurance plans and safety management processes.
• Supervise verification and validation activities throughout design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Review RAMS assessments and documentation.
• Evaluate hazard analyses, safety risk assessments, and mitigation measures.
• Ensure technical compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and system integrators to manage technical interfaces and safety requirements.
• Support system acceptance, safety certification, and final handover.
