Job summary

MPH requires a Substation Specialist to supervise on-site works for 400 kV turnkey substations. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, review designs and ensure safe, timely execution across sites in Ghunan, Salwa (KSA) and Silaa (UAE).

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. You will report to project management, lead site inspections, certify progress, and maintain thorough records of safety, quality and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in 400 kV substation turnkey installations.
• Strong attention to field safety and on-site execution.
• English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction in line with EPC contracts and design studies.
• Monitor contractor performance to maintain quality, safety and schedule.
• Review contractor designs and validate detailed engineering in scope.
