Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in structural engineering, inspection, or construction supervision on large-scale projects.
• Extensive track record on urban master plan projects with high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and local authority standards.
• Proficiency with CAD software and structural analysis tools; English fluency required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive structural inspection and verification programmes across large-scale urban master plan developments.
• Verify reinforcement placement, formwork, post-tensioning, grouting, and concrete sequencing across all phases.
• Review temporary works designs for falsework, scaffolding, and shoring systems.
• Oversee installation and alignment of expansion joints, bearings, drainage systems, and safety barriers.
• Analyse Saudi Building Codes and coordinate with authorities to resolve design queries.
• Supervise inspection teams, conduct progress meetings, and audit inspections for conformity.
