Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to provide oversight and technical review of EPC contractor deliverables for onshore facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will review calculations, GA drawings, steel and concrete detailing, and foundation design packages to ensure performance and compliance.

With 12+ years in Civil/Structural Engineering, including 6+ years on oil & gas onshore projects, you will support project management during procurement and construction and participate in design

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering for oil and gas onshore projects.
At least 6 years in structures for major oil and gas/Petrochemical onshore projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide structural oversight and technical review of EPC contractor deliverables for onshore facilities.
Review design calculations, GA drawings, detailing, and foundation packages for codes.
Ensure structural integrity, constructability and seismic compliance.
Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and value engineering sessions.
Provide technical support to project management during procurement and construction phases, including review of submittals and method statements.
Monitor EPC contractor performance for schedule and quality.
