Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Planning to drive portfolio governance, strategic planning, and performance management across Marketing. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, PMO, and key stakeholders to align priorities, oversee budgets and delivery, and provide executive insights to guide major transformation programs.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of PMO capabilities to ensure value delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop annual and long-term strategic plans for Corporate Marketing and Destination Marketing.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
Lead portfolio governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and executive reviews.
Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
