Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering, focusing on steel structure construction and project supervision.
• In-depth understanding of steel structure design, fabrication, and erection techniques.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall supervision of the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Plan, schedule, and execute the steel structure building project, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of steel structure construction principles to guide the team and address technical challenges.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to guarantee structural integrity and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless progress.
• Identify and resolve issues in construction plans and implementation, providing innovative solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of milestones and project activities, with regular progress reports to management.
